                            Broccoli Corn Bread

   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method
 --------  ------------  --------------------------------
    2      boxes         Jiffy Corn Muffin mix
    4                    eggs
    1      cup           onion -- chopped
    6      ounces        cottage cheese
   10      ounces        chopped frozen broccoli -- thawed
    1      stick         softened margarine
 
 Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees in 9 X 13 pan (lightly
 sprayed with Pam) for 30 to 45 minutes or until top is golden brown.

 NOTES : This is as easy as you can get!  Yummy while hot or cold.  Makes a
 great summer snack!
