       1 ea Egg
     3/4 c  Cottage cheese
       3 oz Warm water
     1/2 c  Sourdough starter
            1 LB. LOAF
       1 ts Active dry yeast
   1 1/2 tb Sugar
       2 c  Bread flour
     1/2 ts Salt
       4 ts Dill weed
       1 ea Egg
     1/2 c  Cottage cheese
     1/4 c  Warm water
     1/4 c  Sourdough starter
  
     NOTE:  For Panasonic/National machines, use 2 1/2
   tsp. of yeast for the 1 1/2 pound loaf.
