     3/4 c  Sourdough starter
     1/4 c  Milk; or water
       2 tb Tomato paste
       1 tb Cooking oil
       2 c  Bread flour; or all-purpose
     1/2 c  Mozzarella cheese; shredded
     1/3 c  Pepperoni sausage; finely
       2 ts Sugar
     1/2 ts Salt
     1/2 ts Dried oregano; crushed
            (double for fresh oregano)
   1 1/2    Pound:
      active dry yeast                   1 tsp.
      Sourdough starter                  1 1/4 cups
      milk or water                      2 Tbs.
      tomato paste                       3 Tbs.
      cooking oil                        1 Tbs.
      bread or all purpose flou          3 cups
      mozzarella cheese, shredded        3/4 cup
      pepperoni, finely chopped          1/2 cup
      sugar                              1 Tbs.
      salt                               3/4 tsp.
      dried oregano, crushed             3/4 tsp.
        (double for fresh)
   Add ingredients to machine according to manufacturers directions.
   Crust to medium or lighter.
