       Title: Bananas and Cream Bread (For Bread Machines)

            ---LARGE LOAF - 1-1/2-lbs---
       2 ts Active dry yeast
       3 c  Bread flour
       3 tb Wheat germ
       3 tb Powdered milk
   1 1/2 tb Sugar
   1 1/2 ts Salt
     3/4 ts Grated nutmeg
   1 1/2 tb Vegetable oil
       1 c  Mashed ripe banana PLUS
       2 tb Mashed ripe banana
     3/4 c  Sour cream or plain yogurt
     1/4 c  Water PLUS
       1 tb Water
     3/4 c  Raisins or chopped nuts
            ----SMALL LOAF-1-lb-----
   1 1/4 ts Active dry yeast
       2 c  Bread flour
       2 tb Wheat germ
       2 tb Powdered milk
       1 tb Sugar
       1 ts Salt
     1/2 ts Grated nutmeg
       1 tb Vegetable oil
     3/4 c  Mashed ripe banana
     1/2 c  Sour cream or plain yogurt
     1/4 c  Water
     1/2 c  Raisins or chopped nuts
   Add all ingredients except the raisins or nuts, if included, in the
   order suggested by your bread machine manual and process on the basic
   bread cycle according to the manufacturer’s directions.
   At the beeper (or at the end of the first kneading in the Panasonic or
   National), add the raisins or nuts.
