       Title: SOFT & MOIST NUT BREAD

       Yield: 8 servings
  
     1/4 c  Water
     3/4 c  Cottage cheese
     3/4 c  Sour cream
       3 tb Sugar
   1 1/2 tb Butter
   2 1/2 c  White bread flour
       2 ts Yeast
     1/2 c  Whole wheat flour
       1 c  Broken walnuts
     1/3 c  Quick cooking oats
     1/2 c  Raisins
   1 1/2 ts Salt
     1/4 ts Soda
       2 ts Cinnamon
  
   Heat first 5 ingredients till lukewarm.  Put remaining
   ingredients in pan, add warmed ingredients, and press
   start. This is a wonderful bread.
