                                Pumpkin Cake

    2      cups          flour
    2      teaspoons     baking soda
      1/2  teaspoon      salt
    2      teaspoons     cinnamon
    1      teaspoon      baking soda
    2      cups          sugar
    1      cup           oil
    4                    eggs
    2      cups          pumpkin
 
 Combine the above ingredients in the order they are listed.
 
 Beat the mixture well using large mixing spoon.
 
 Pour and spread mixture on greased baking pan (12″ x 15").
 
 Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
 
 Cool, cut, and serve squares of cake with honey or syrup.
