       Title: Coconut Cup Cake with Guava Frosting

       Yield: 1 Servings
     1/2 c  Milk
       2 tb Butter
     2/3 c  Sugar
       5 tb Coconut syrup
       1 c  Cake flower
       1 ts Baking powder
       4    Egg whites
     1/4 ts Cream of tartar
   Scald milk, butter, sugar and coconut syrup together.  Sift flour,
   baking powder and salt.  Stir these ingredients into the milk
   mixture. Whip the egg whites until they are foamy, add cream of
   tartar and whip until they are stiff but not dry.  Fold into the cake
   mixture. Bake in greased muffin tin at 375 degrees for 10 to 12
   minutes. Makes 12 medium sized cup cakes. Top with Guava Frosting.
