                         CAKE:
    1      box           Yellow Cake Mix
   11      oz            mandarin oranges in juice
      1/2  cup           butter -- softened
                         FROSTING:
    8      oz            Cool Whip® -- thawed
   20      ozs           crushed pineapple in juice
    1      box           instant vanilla pudding mix
 
 Mix cake ingredients and pour into a greased and floured 9x13 pan.  Bake at 350
 F for 30 minutes.  Cool completely and frost.  Keep refridgerated.
