                              Fresh Apple Cake

    2      C             Sugar
    1      C             Vegetable Oil
    1      Tbsp          Vanilla
    2      C             Self-Rising Flour -- unsifted
    2      Med           Apples -- chopped
    3      Whole         Eggs
    1      C             Pecans -- chopped
 
 Beat eggs, add sugar oil and flavoring. Sdd flour 1 cup at a time. Add
 apples and pecans. Bake in bunt pan at 350 for 1 hour.
