       Title: Chris’s Pound Cake

       Yield: 1 servings
       1 lb Powdered sugar
       3    Margarine
       6    Eggs
       2 c  Flour
       1 ts Vanilla
       1 tb Lemon juice
   1 1/2 oz Canned milk
   Cream sugar and margarine thoroughly.  Add eggs, one at a
   time and beat well.  Add flour, beat well.  Add vanilla,
   lemon juice and milk.  Beat until fluffy.  Put in an angel
   good pan.  (I use a bundt pan).  Bake for 1 1/2 hours at
   320 or 310 if you want a light brown top.  Cool.  Sprinkle
   powdered sugar on top.JM.
