       Title: No Tenemos Rancho Applesauce Cake

       Yield: 6 servings
  
       2 c  Unbleached flour
       1 c  Sugar
       1 tb Cornstarch
       1 tb Cocoa
     1/2 ts Cinnamon
     1/2 ts Nutmeg
     1/2 ts Ground cloves
       2 ts Baking soda
       1 ts Baking powder
     1/2 ts Salt
       1 c  Almonds
       1 c  Raisins
     1/2 c  Oil
       1 ts Vanilla
       3 c  Hot applesauce
  
   Sift together all the dry ingredients, add nuts and
   raisins.  Stir in the oil, vanilla and hot applesauce.
   Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.  Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30
   to 40 minutes or until done.
