       Title: Apple Bundt Cake

       Yield: 8 Servings
  
       3    Eggs; well beaten
   1 3/4 c  Sugar
       1 c  Oil
       2 c  Flour; sifted
       1 ts Baking soda
       1 ts Cinnamon
     1/2 ts Salt
       1 ts Vanilla
       4 md Apples; peel; grate
       1 c  Walnuts; chopped
            Powdered sugar; garnish
  
   Mix first 8 ingredients together. Fold in grated apples and walnuts. Bake
   in greased tube or bundt pan at 350~ for 1 hour. Cool. Sprinkle with
   powdered sugar.
