       Title: Apple Blossom Cake

       Yield: 3 Servings
  
       1 c  Oil
       3 c  Flour
       2 c  Sugar
       3 lg Apples; chop with peelings
       3    Eggs
     1/2 c  Orange juice
       1 ts Vanilla
       1 ts Almond
     1/2 ts Apple pie spice
     1/2 ts Salt
       1 ts Soda
       1 ts Baking powder
