       Title: PLAIN OLD POUND CAKE

       Yield: 1 Servings
  
       1 lb Butter; not margarine
       8 md Eggs
   2 2/3 c  Sugar
       1 ts Vanilla
   3 1/2 c  Flour; sifted
       1 ts Butter flavoring
  
   Cream butter and sugar; beat in two eggs at a time. Turn mixer on low speed
   and put in one cup of flour at a time. Add vanilla and butter flavoring.
     Bake 1 hour and 25 minutes at 300 degrees
