       Yield: 12 Servings
            Zelia ezell
       1 c  Butter
       2 c  Sugar
       4    Eggs; separated
       1 c  Pecans; chopped
     1/2 c  Bitter chocolate; melted
       1 ts Cloves
       1 ts Nutmeg
       1 ts Cinnamon
       1 c  Mashed white potatoes
       2 c  Flour; sifted
     1/2 c  Milk
       1 ts Vanilla
       1 c  Raisins
       2 ts Baking powder
   Cream butter and sugar.  Add beaten egg yolks, pecans, chocolate, and
   spices.  Add potatoes and flour.  Then add milk and beaten egg whites,
   vanilla, raisins and baking powder. Bake in a bundt pan. Bake in 325~F oven
