                     No Tenemos Rancho Applesauce Cake

    2      Cups          Unbleached Flour
    1      Cup           Sugar
    1      Tablespoon    Cornstarch
    1      Tablespoon    Cocoa
      1/2  Teaspoon      Cinnamon
      1/2  Teaspoon      Nutmeg
      1/2  Teaspoon      Cloves
    2      Teaspoons     Baking Soda
    1      Teaspoon      Baking Powder
      1/2  Teaspoon      Salt
    1      Cup           Almonds
    1      Cup           Raisins
      1/2  Cup           Oil
    1      Teaspoon      Vanilla
    3      Cups          HOT Applesauce
 
 Sift together all the dry ingredients, add nuts and raisins.  Stir in the oil,
vanilla and hot applesauce.  Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.  Bake at 350 degrees F.
for 30 to 40 minutes or until done.
