       Title: Pineapple Pound Cake

       Yield: 6 servings
     1/2 c  Butter or shortening
       3 lg Eggs
     1/2 c  Unsweetened frozen pineapple
            Juice concentrate, thawed
     1/2 c  Water
   2 1/2 c  White flour
       1 ts Baking soda
       1 ts Baking powder
   In a large mixing bowl beat together butter (or shortening), eggs,
   pineapple juice concentrate, and water until thoroughly blended. Add
   flour, baking soda, and baking powder; beat just until blended.
   Spoon mixture evening into a 9 x 5 oiled and floured loaf pan. Bake
   in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife
   inserted comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
