   Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    1                    yellow cake mix -- (2 layer)
    4                    eggs
      1/2  C.            cooking oil
    1      Can           Mandarin oranges and juice
                         Icing:
    1                    Cool Whip -- (8 oz.)
    1      Box           vanilla instant pudding
    1      Can           drained crushed pineapple
    1      Can           Mandarin oranges
                         drained
 
 Mix together cake mix, eggs, oil and Mandarin oranges.
 Bake in 3 greased and lightly floured round pans at 350 degrees for 30
 to 35 minutes.
 Icing: Mix together Cool Whip, pudding and pineapple
 with mixer on low speed. Ice cake with it, then decorate top
 and around bottom edge of cake with oranges. Keep in refrigerator.
