      Title: No Tenemos Rancho Applesauce Cake

       2 c  Unbleached Flour                    1 c  Sugar 
       1 T  Corn Starch                         1 T  Cocoa 
     1/2 t  Cinnamon                          1/2 t  Nutmeg 
     1/2 t  Cloves                              2 t  Baking Soda 
       1 t  Baking Powder                     1/2 t  Salt 
       1 c  Nuts                                1 c  Raisins 
     1/2 c  Oil                                 1 t  Vanilla 
       3 c  HOT Applesauce                
  
   Sift together all the dry ingredients, add nuts and raisins.  Stir in the
   oil, vanilla and hot applesauce.  Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.  Bake at
   350 degrees F. for 30 to 40 minutes or until done.
