5 dl wheat-flour
 1 teaspoon baking-powder
 a pinch of salt
 4 1/2 dl cold coffee
 7 cl Bourbon whiskey
 150 g dark chocolate
 200 g butter
 5 dl sugar
 2 eggs
 1 teaspoon vanillin sugar
 Preheat the oven to 140 C. Put the rack in the lower half of the oven.
 Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt. Heat together the  
 coffee, Bourbon whiskey, chocolate and butter, until it melts. Add 
 the sugar and  heat until the sugar also has melted. Let the mixture 
 cool about 5-10 minutes.  Add the flour, baking powder and salt (that 
 you have sifted together) to  the mixture at the same time as you stir it. 
 Add the eggs and vanillin sugar. Don't stir too much.  Put the mixture
  in a greased and sugar-sprinkled baking-pan. Bake in  140 C  about 
 1 1/2 hours or until the cake is ready.  Garnish with whipped cream 
 and dark chocolate.
