* Exported from MasterCook II * Pineapple Cake with Cream Cheese Ginger Frosting Recipe By : Berkshire Seasonings Serving Size : 12 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Cakes Fillings & Frostings Fruit Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- CAKE: 2 eggs 1 can crushed pineapple in juice -- 20 oz 2 cups flour 1 cup sugar 1 cup brown sugar 2 teaspoons baking soda 1 cup walnuts -- chopped FROSTING: 1 package cream cheese -- 3 oz 1/4 cup butter 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 cups powdered sugar 1/2 teaspoon ginger Combine all cake ingredients and pour into an ungreased, 13x9 inch Pyrex pan. Bake at 350^ for 45-50 minutes.
