       Title: Strawberry Jewels
  Categories: Cookies
       Yield: 42 servings
  
   2 1/4 c  All-purpose flour
     1/2 c  Sugar
     2/3 c  Butter; softened
       1    Egg
     1/2 ts Nutmeg
     1/4 ts Salt
     1/2 ts Brandy extract
     1/2 c  Strawberries
            Chop and drain
            Powdered sugar
  
      You must use real butter in this recipe. Heat oven to
     350.
       In large mixer bowl combine all ingredients except powdered sugar. Beat
   at low speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed (2-3 minutes). Shape
   rounded teaspoons of dough into 1-inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on
   cookie sheets. Bake 10-15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool
   completely; sprinkle with powdered sugar. YIELD: 3 1/2 dozen. N.Haughey
