    1      cup           flour
      1/4  teaspoon      baking powder
      1/4  teaspoon      salt
    4      tablespoons   ice water
    3      tablespoons   shortening
 
 Mix dry ingredients, cut in shortening and then add water to make very stiff
 dough.  This is enough for 1 pie shell
