       Title: Ginger Apple Crisp

       Yield: 6 Servings
  
     1/3 c  Corn flake crumbs
     1/4 c  Brown sugar, packed
       3 tb All-purpose flour
       2 tb Crystallized ginger
            --or 1 teaspoon ground ginge
       2 tb Butter or margarine; melted
       6    Peeled apples; thinly sliced
            --you should have about 6 cu
            --use mcintosh or rome beaut
       2 tb Sugar
       2 ts Lemon juice
   1 1/2 c  Nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt

        Preheat oven to 400 degrees; coat an 8-inch square baking dish with
   nonstick cooking spray.  In a small bowl, combine corn flake crumbs, brown
   sugar, flour and ginger; mix well. Stir in melted margarine until well
   mixed.  Place apples in prepared dish. Add sugar and lemon juice; toss to
   coat.  Sprinkle apples with crumb mixture; press gently. Bake for 25 to 30
   minutes or until apples are tender and mixture is bubbly. Cool slightly;
   serve warm with frozen vanilla yogurt.
   
   Nutrition Analysis:  260 calories, 2g protein, 56g carbohydrate, 4g fat,
