       Title: POTATO CANDY

       1 lg Potato
       2 ts Butter
       1 lb Confectioners' sugar
       1 ts Vanilla
       1 pk Coconut
       1 pk Chocolate; [1 square]
       1 ts Butter
  
   Boil & mash potato. While hot add 2 t butter, sugar, vanilla & coconut,
   minced in food processor or blender. Pat evenly into well-buttered pan and
   set aside to cool. Melt chocolate and combine with 1 t butter. Spread on
   top of candy. Cut into squares before chocolate hardens. Source: The Tampa
