       1    Egg white
       1 ts Salt
       1 ts Water
       1 ts Cinnamon
       1 c  Sugar
       1 lb OR more pecan halves
  
   In a small bowl mix egg white & water to froth. In a large bowl combine
   sugar, salt & cinnamon. Pour pecans into egg mixture & mix until coated.
   Put in cinnamon mixture & mix until coated. Spread on cookie sheet & bake
   at 300 for 30 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. FROM: DOLORES MCCANN
