       3 oz Butterscotch pudding; box
       1 c  Sugar; granulated
     1/2 c  Brown sugar
     1/2 c  Evaporated milk
       1 ts Vanilla extract
       2 c  Pecans; pieces
  
      Mix all ingredients, except vanilla and pecans. Boil for 2 minutes,
   stirring constantly.  Add pecans and vanilla, stir and cook 1 to 2 minutes.
   Drop by tablespoons on waxed paper.
