       Title: POTATO CANDY 2

       Yield: 1 Servings
  
       1    Potato
            (freshly boiled)
       1 lb Confectioners sugar
       1 c  Coconut
     1/2 ts Vanilla
            Or flavoring
       2    Squares chocolate
  
     Mash the potato.  Add 1 cup sugar, all coconut, and flavorin Mix. Add
   sugar until a thick mass is formed. Press into a buttered pan. Melt
   chocolate and pour it over the potato mixture. When set but not hard, cut
   into squares. I recommend peppermint flavoring, tastes like a Peppermint
   Patty.
