                       Chocolate Covered Marshmallows

    1      Pkg.          semi-sweet -- (12 oz.)
                         chocolate pieces
    1      Pkg.          milk chocolate -- (6 oz.)
           Piece         
    1      Can           sweetened condensed milk
    1      Jar           marshmallow -- (7 oz.)
                         cream
    1 1/2  C.            chopped pecans
 
 Melt chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and
 marshmallow cream in a heavy saucepan. Add nuts. Using two
 forks, roll marshmallows in chocolate mixture. Place on waxed
 paper and leave overnight.
