    3      cups          cooking oats
    1      cup           coconut
      1/2  cup           margarine
    6      ounces        chocolate chips
    2      cups          sugar
    1      teaspoon      vanilla
    1      cup           chopped nuts
      1/2  cup           milk
 
 Bring butter, sugar and milk.  Pour over rest of ingredients smear into flat
 pan.
