       Title: Title: Rhubarb Bars

       Yield: 1 servings
       3 c  Rhubarb; chopped
   1 1/2 c  Sugar
       2 tb Cornstarch
     1/4 c  Water
       1 ts Vanilla
   1 1/2 c  Rolled oats
   1 1/2 c  Flour
       1 c  Brown sugar
       1 ts Baking soda
     1/2 c  Butter; softened
     1/2 c  Shortening
     1/2 c  Walnuts; chopped
   Mix filling ingredients in a saucepan and cook 'til thick. Set aside. Mix
   the crust ingredients together until crumbly. Divide crust crumbs into
   thirds and press 2/3rds of crust mixture into a 9x13 pan. Pour rhubarb
   mixture on top. Sprinkle with remaining 1/3 of crumb mixture. Bake at 350
   degrees (F) for 30 - 35 minutes. Yummy!
