Strawberry Ice Cream
 
 1 1/2 cups strawberry jam
 2 cups buttermilk
 
 Stir together jam and buttermilk.  Freeze firm in a shallow wide pan.
 Break up mixture and then whip till fluffly and refreeze in storage container.
