       Title: CRISP APPLE CREAM PIE

       Yield: 1 servings
  
     1/4 c  Butter; melted
   1 1/2 c  Graham cracker crumbs
       1 cn Sweetened condensed milk
       1 c  Sour cream
     1/4 c  Lemon juice
       1 cn Apple pie filling
     1/4 c  Walnuts; chopped
     1/2 ts Cinnamon
  
   Combine butter and crumbs in 1 1/2 qt baking dish; mix
   well. Press evenly over bottom of dish. Mix condensed
   milk, sour cream and lemon juice in med bowl. Spread
   over crumb layer; spoon pie filling on top. Bake at
   350~ for 25-30 minutes. Cool slightly. Mix walnuts and
   cinnamon; sprinkle over pie. Serve warm or cold. May
   substitute other flavors of pie filling. May want to
   add the walnut topping 5-10 minutes before pie is done.
