                        Cinnamon Orange Crumb Crust

    1 1/4  cups          cinnamon graham cracker crumbs
    2      tablespoons   sugar
    2      tablespoons   orange rind -- grated
      1/4  cup           soft margarine
 
      Combine crumbs, sugar, and orange rind. Blend in butter. Pat into 9 pie
 pan.

 NOTES : Graham cracker crumbs are quickly made in a food processor. Makes one
