Transfer mixture to large mixing bowl; fold in cherries. Spread mixture in pie crust. Cover and refrigerate until firm, at least 3 hours or overnight. To serve, decoratively spoon shipped topping onto pie; top with reserved cherries. Each serving provides: 1/4 milk, 1/2 bread, 1/2 fruit, 105 Opt.
