       Title: VINEGAR PIE

       Yield: 6 servings
  
       1 c  Sugar
       2 tb Unbleached Flour
       1 c  Cold Water
       5 tb Vinegar
   2 1/2 tb Butter
       4 ea Large Eggs, Beaten
  
   Combine sugar and flour.  Add the rest of the
   ingredients and place in a saucepan.  Cook until thick
   and pour into prepared pie crust.  Bake in a 375
   degrees F. oven until crust is brown.
