                          Coconut Crunch Apple Pie

                         Filling
    4      cups          peeled and sliced apples
      1/2  cup           sugar
      1/2  tsp           cinnamon
    2      TBL           all-purpose flour
                         Topping
      1/2  cup           all-purpose flour
      1/4  cup           brown sugar -- packed
      1/2  tsp           cinnamon
      1/4  cup           butter or margarine -- softened
      1/2  cup           shredded coconut
      1/2  cup           chopped walnuts
 
 Mix filling ingredients and turn into uncooked 9 crust that has been sprinkled
  with coconut. Mix flour, brown sugar and cinnamon. Mix in butter, then coconut
  and walnuts. Sprinkle evenly over pie. Bake pie at 400 deg F for 40-45 minutes
 . Allow to cool before cutting.
