                            Chocolate Turtle Pie

      1/4  cup           KRAFT Caramel Flavored Dessert Topping
    1                    prepared graham cracker crumb crust -- (6 oz.)
      1/2  cup           chopped pecans
    3      cups          cold 2% lowfat milk
       1      pkg.	   Chocolate Fudge Flavor Instant Pudding -- (8-serving
   size)
                         COOL WHIP Whipped Topping -- thawed
 
                         SPREAD caramel topping onto bottom of -- refrigerate.
                         crust. Sprinkle with pecans
 
 POUR cold milk into large bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 1 minute.
Pour at once into crust.
 
 REFRIGERATE 2 hours. Garnish with whipped topping.  Sprinkle with additional
chopped pecans and drizzle with additional caramel topping, if desired. Store
leftover pie in refrigerator. Makes 8 servings.

 I used Mrs. Richardson’s Butterscotch Caramel Fudge topping.  This topping is
