       Title: Chocolate a L'orange Pie
  Categories: Cakes, Chocolate
       Yield: 6 servings

       8 oz Cream cheese; soften
      14 oz Sweet. cond. milk
       6 oz Choc. chips; semi-sweet
1/2 c Evap. milk; no dilute
3 oz Orange juice conc; thaw*
       1 Chocolate crumb pie shell
            = 9 inches

Melt chocolate. Beat cream cheese in large mixer bowl.
Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, then cooled,
melted chocolate, then evaporated milk until until mixture
is smooth. Add orange juice concentrate*; beat 1 minute on
medium high speed. Pour into pie shell. Freeze.

*Note: for added zing you can substitute an orange liqueur
such as Cointreau, Grand Marnier or Triple Sec for the
orange juice. The first two are expensive, so this rcp
gives me an excuse to buy the G. Marnier and sample it
   while making the pie.
