       Title: Cherry Crunch
  Categories: Pies
       Yield: 1 servings
  
       1 c  Quick-cooking rolled oats
     1/2 c  Flour
       1 c  Sugar
     1/2 c  Butter or margarine
       1 cn Cherry pie filling; 21 oz
            Cream or ice cream
  
   Combine oats, flour and sugar; cut in butter until mixture
   is crumbly. Place half of mixture in the bottom of a
   buttered 8-inch square baking pan. Spoon in the pie
   filling, then spread remaining crumb mixture over the top.
   Bake in a 350 oven for 45 minutes, or until lightly browned.
   Serve warm; spoon into sauce dishes, and top with cream or
   ice cream, if you wish. Makes 6 servings.JM.
