                            EAGLES KEY LIME PIE

    3                    Egg yolks
    1      can           Sweetened Condensed Milk -- 14
                         Oz -- Eagle brand
    4      ounces        Lime juice
                         Green food coloring (optl.)
    1                    Pie shell, frozen -- or
                         6-oz graham cracker crust
 
 Preheat oven to 325F. In a large mixing bowl, beat egg yolks with condensed milk,
lime juice and green food coloring if desired. Pour into prepared pie crust; bake
