Wright, Jr. Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Pies & Pastries Post To Bakery-Shoppe Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 3 Eggs 1 1/2 C Sugar Pinch Of Salt 2 Tsp Flour 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice Grated Rind Of 1 Lemon 6 Tbsp Butter -- melted 1 Pie Crust (9 Inch) -- unbaked Beat eggs until smooth. Add sugar, salt, flour, juice, rind and butter. Beat well and pour into crust. Bake at 375° until brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
