       Title: Creamy Lemon Pie

            Graham cracker pie crust
            =8 or 9 inch
       3    Egg yolks
      14 oz Sweetened condensed milk
     1/2 c  Lemon juice
            =fresh is best
            Yellow food coloring
            Whipped cream
  
   Preheat oven to 325F. Beat eggs with milk, lemon juice and
   coloring. Pour into pie shell and bake 30 minutes. Cool and
   then chill before serving garnished with whipped cream and
