            Chocolate glaze:
       2 tb Butter or margarine
       1    Unsweetened chocolate (1-oz)
       1 c  Powdered sugar; sifted
       2 tb Boiling water

   CHOCOLATE GLAZE Combine butter and chocolate in top of a
   double boiler; bring water to a boil.  Reduce heat to low;
   cook until chocolate melts.  Cool slightly.  Add sugar and
   water; beat until smooth.  Yield:  3/4 cup.
