---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Coconut-Pecan Pie Categories: Pies Yield: 6 Servings 3 Eggs 1 1/2 c Sugar 1/2 c Butter or margarine; melted 2 ts Lemon juice 1 ts Vanilla extract 1 1/4 c Flaked coconut 1/2 c Pecans; coarsely chopped 1 Unbaked 9″ pastry shell Recipe by: TASTE OF HOME - OCT/NOV 95 In a mixing bowl, beat eggs. Add sugar, butter, lemon juice and vanilla; mix well. Stir in coconut and pecans; pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until set. Cool completely. Store in the refrigerator.
