       Title: Cream Cheese Peach Pie

       Yield: 8 Servings
  
     3/4 c  Flour
       1 ts Baking powder
     1/2 ts Salt
       3 tb Butter
       1 pk Vanilla pudding, 3 oz
            == NOT INSTANT
       1 lg Egg
     1/2 c  Milk
       1 lg Can sliced peaches 20-28oz
            == drained, reserve juice
       1 pk 8 oz cream cheese, softened
     1/2 c  Sugar
   3 1/2 tb Peach juice
            == topping ==
       2 tb Sugar
     1/2 ts Cinnamon
     1/2 ts Fresh grated nutmeg
  
   Preheat oven to 350F.  Combine and beat first 7 ingredients for 2 minutes.
   Pour into greased 10 inch pie pan.  Place sliced peaches on top of
   batter.  Combine cream cheese, sugar and peach juice.  Beat 2 minutes.
   Smooth with a spoon to within 1/2 inch edge of the pie pan.  Mix sugar and
   spices, sprinkle on top of the pie.  Bake for 35-40 minutes or until
   golden brown.
