       Title: Apple Custard Pie

       2    Egg yolks
       1 c  Sugar
       2 tb Butter
       2 c  Apples; peeled and sliced
       1 ts Vanilla
       1    Pie crust  (9 inch)
  
   Recipe by: Sue Klapper Preparation Time: 0:20 In top of double boiler,
   combine egg yolks and sugar.  Add butter, apples and vanilla; stir to mix.
   Place over boiling water in double boiler, stirring constantly until
   thickened.
    Pour into pie crust.  Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Source: Favorite Apple
