       Title: Crumb-Top Brown Sugar Apple Pie

       Yield: 8 Servings
  
       5 c  Apples, peeled and sliced
     3/4 c  Brown sugar, packed
       2 tb Flour
     1/8 ts Salt
   1 1/2 ts Cinnamon
     1/4 ts Nutmeg
     1/4 ts Mace
       1    Pie shell, unbaked, 9 inch
 
 -------------------------------CRUMB TOPPING-------------------------------
       2 tb Brown sugar
       2 tb Sugar
     1/8 ts Nutmeg
     1/8 ts Cinnamon
     1/8 ts Salt
       3 tb Flour
       2 tb Margarine
  
   Combine first 7 ingredients; toss to mix thoroughly. Heap in pie shell.
   Combine topping ingredients and mix until crumbly; sprinkle over pie. Bake
   at 425~ for 45 minutes. Allow to cool 30 minutes before serving.
