       Title: No Roll Apple Pie

       Yield: 8 Servings
  
            Crust
   1 1/2 c  Flour
   1 1/2 c  Vegetable oil
       2 tb Milk
       2 tb Sugar
            Filling
       1 c  Sugar, divided
       2 tb Flour
       1 ts Lemon juice
       6 c  Apples; thinly sliced
            -& peeled
     1/2 c  Flour
     1/2 ts Cinnamon
     1/4 ts Ginger
     1/4 c  Margarine; dash black pepper

   CRUST: Place dry ingredients in 9 pie pan. Add milk to oil. Pour over dry
   ingredients. Mix with fork. When completely mixed bring crust up sides of
   pan to form pie shell.
   
   APPLE FILLING: Combine 1/2 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons flour. Set aside.
   Sprinkle apple slices with lemon juice. Toss apples with sugar mixture.
   Pour into pie crust. Combine remaining 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup flour,
   cinnamon and ginger. Cut in margarine until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of
   apples Bake at 375 for one hour.
