* Exported from MasterCook * CREAMY PEACH PIE Recipe By : Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Desserts Pies Fruits Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 3/4 c Sugar 1/4 c All purpose flour 1/4 ts Salt 1/4 ts Nutmeg 4 c Sliced peeled fresh peaches* 1 c Heavy cream 1 Unbaked 9″ pie shell Combine sugar, flour, salt, and nutmeg; add to peaches in bowl and toss lightly. Arrange in pie shell; pour heavy cream over peaches. Sprinkle with additional nutmeg if desired. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until set. Cool well before serving.
